Josh knows what he is doing and how to get it done. He was able to get me a 1244A with a felony thieft case with time served. I have several priors and have been to state jail on the other ones. Thats what i was offered this time but Josh really worked hard to keep me out of jail and state jail.

I was referred to Josh by two different friends that do not even know each other. When I heard that when he walks in to court they say " Oh, hell here comes Josh!", I knew this was the lawyer for me! I was lucky some of my friends used him, and was happy with what he done for them, so I hired him, I was so scared I was going to prison he said I'll keep you out of prison. I was in a mess already doing a 10 year probation, got in trouble for the same thing, he said I'll keep you out of prison. He is very good at what he does. He has helped my father and several of my friends. He is very easy to talk to and he will get you the best deal he can.

Josh Webber has got me out of so much . I was on felony probation and picked up two new felonies 10 days apart. I did 30 days then he had my probation reinstated. He got both of my new felonies a credit card fraud and theft over 10,000 dropped to misdeminors. The credit card fraud he got that charge changed to attempted to possess identifying information. I don't know how that works they were in my truck and they had my name on them just somebody else's info. And the theft he got it dropped to theft less than 1,000 I walked out of court with 20 hours community service and 30 days in jail but he got me my back time on my 30 days I did before I picked up the charges. Time served. now I'm down to my last week on probation and I just bonded out yesterday I picked up a dope charge let's hope he can work his magic one more time. Josh and lilly are great to have in your corner. Just keep him paid and don't piss her off and your golden.

Dang good attorney!!! Got me out of trouble when I most needed it. Knows his laws very well and people downtown so he get's things done. He was recommended by a relative who also had some legal issues and his outcome was great too. My UCW was dropped and got my property back. Fair with legal fees and flexible with payments. Just don't forget about him and he won't forget about you. Also his receptionist Lily is a very kind hard working lady who'll keep you updated on your case. Thanks Josh. You're good in my books and I'll recommend him to anybody with any criminal issue they have going on.

At the most terrifying time in my life, Joshua Webber was able to offer my family support, knowledge, experience, and comfort. My son was looking at a prison sentence at the age of 20 and I had little hope that he would be able to avoid that given that he had three cases pending and was on probation. Joshua was able to have all new cases dismissed due to technical error on the arresting agency including his probation which was reinstated and completed with success. This man is a piranha and will stop at nothing to insure the most desired and best position for his clients. The passion this man demonstrated throughout the whole process was unbelievable. I not only recommend him , I strongly suggest his representation. It is so difficult to know who to trust your life, or your children's lives with when it comes to criminal law. I can , without any doubt, say that if it were not for Joshua Webber and his professionalism and passion and respect throughout so many county court systems, my son may not have had a chance to live the life he desires .

He kept his word and got my felony possesion drug charge dropped to a fine. He was the only lawyer out of 6 that I had consultations with that was confident in getting it dropped. And in all honesty, I had no defense the drug was found on me, in a place nobody but me could have put it and it wasn't just a little bit, it was alot and it wasnt pot. But luckily my bondsman informed me of Joshua Webber and he got my felony dropped to a fine. It dont get much better than that. . . I do think he could use a better or maybe a second secretary but other than that HES THE MAN!!!
