I contacted them, Lamonikka took my information and texted me the next day saying they would take my case, I got super excited, and tried to call her no response, then Rogelio contacted me Friday and took all my information and I uploaded all of my proof, and one hour later another attorney called and stated they wil not be taken my case. I am so disappointed after all of the radio advertisement I hear and two days earlier you were going to help me and now it is a NO!!

My attorney was was Paige. She was super nice helpful and informative. Her parallel Angelica was super sweet and if she couldn't answer my question she would work to get the answer. Never had to wait for a response during the whole process. Would recommend Paige and her staff for sure. Thanks...awesome job!! I'm a happy camper for sure

It can be intimidating when you have an accident. However, when I was introduced to Attorney Amy K Witherite and her staff (Jennifer Rodriguez is AMAZING)
I was confident that I was in good hands.
Attorney Amy K Witherite was very professional. She and her staff, worked diligently to ensure that my family and I, were compensated appropriately and fairly. Amy started handling my case about nine years ago when I was involved in a pretty bad car wreck. I can tell that she and her team handled my case with a lot of compassion, and had a lot of patience with me during the entire process. Amy is the best! I was very pleased with every piece of service 1-800-CAR-WRECK offered. Amy is very caring and so is her staff. I work a busy schedule and just couldn't find time to drive to her office....but guess what? I didn't have to. They came to me! What a way to make it convenient. Amy and her staff made me feel like "family".

The amount of time spent on preparation was phenomenal. Not only were are the right consults hired but the time she and her experts spent prepping me for depositions made a real difference. After the prep I was totally at ease for 4 hours of interrogation, knew when to push and how not to over explain.
All through the process I was kept up to date and was very satisfied with the results.
