Aside from attorney Kerns (which is awesome) no one ever responds promptly. You call and it’s always “they’ll call back” or you can send an email and it’ll be days before they respond. Won’t use them in the future if needed for this reason.

Incredibly, they continue, 7 months after my last contact, to send me junk marketing material. Thanks Google for the SPAM button.
Had an appointment for 4 PM. At 5:00 I received a call saying there had been a mixup. I had already deposited $125 for the phone consultation.
Took my money back. Clearly Katie Lewis is far too important for the likes of me!
