No different than the other lawyers. Wants 125 to chat for 30 min, then minimum of 2500 retainer when someone just needs advice for an hour. Run up the bill as fast as they can and kids suffer because of lawyer greed. I’ll keep looking for a lawyer with a heart vs a bank account greed.

Bank in Dallas Texas refused to give me my papa account, claiming I didn't have the right paperwork. I called Brad, he made it happen. I wanted cash, the bank wanted to pay cashier checks, Brad had them to cash me out.

My brother and I hired Brad to help us navigate through the settlement of our mother's estate. It was very modest but did require dealing with a muniment of title issue. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He met me at the courthouse for the probate hearing.....prior to this he prepared me by explaining exactly what would happen and how I should respond to the various questions that would be posed by him and the probate judge.
