Everyone in this office reflects what a professional service firm should be and then some! I sought their services out and they just astounded me with the level of responsiveness and follow through!!!! The initial call was with Chris and could not be more pleasant to discuss and listen to the situation. No pressure. After I decided to move forward with their services, I was assigned to Allen. As I shared with him in my first meeting: "I do not take you fore granted." I went on to elaborate the level of actually caring about all parties involved vs being just another transaction. Just smh thinking of how wonderful of a listener he is! My paralegal was Amanda that I highly recommend. She said to me on the phone: "I have been working here for 3+ years and I will ensure you are taken care of." That she did with even follow up on the weekends and reaching out to Allen mentioned above. Even their administrator, Shelly is so kind and thoughtful! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, as was his entire staff, especially Amanda. We came to him with a modification case to remove a geographic restriction so that I could move to be closer to family. He sat down and went through all of the legal points that would need to be met and determined we had a good case for it. At the same time, he did not imply that it's a definite win or that it would be easy, as geo restrictions are notoriously hard to lift. His entire office remained up to date on our case and was prompt in communication. He was excellent at advising what areas would be a financial drain to argue so that I could make informed decisions. Once we got our day in court, he was thoroughly prepared as if he had known the case forever. His cross examination was incredible, too. It took little deliberation with all of the facts presented, for the judge to issue an order that the restriction was lifted! We are so thankful to him and his team for helping us achieve this win, and grant us a whole new world of possibilities for me, my kids, and my husband to continue developing a meaningful relationship with my very large family.
