I have 2 man& delivery, 2 pos/contr substance, a tamp w/ evid and a D.W.I. 3rd between 2010-2012, Josh miraculously got me probation AND reinstated atleast 5 times! In the end he somehow got me a 3 year tdc sentence despite the fact that 3 of my charges carry a sentence of 5 to 99. He knows all the judges and d.a.'s in every courtroom and is well respected. I hired Josh for my son! He was facing a serious felony charge that was being tried in two counties. Josh recommended that we retain his partner as well so that we would have a legal team to represent in both counties! I would not recommend Joshua Webber to anyone. My Husband and I paid Mr. Webber over $25K to represent him in his criminal cases and Mr. Webber did not deliver on any of his promises. My husband was facing a 5 year sentence in 2010 and still ended up with the same 5 years just prolonged. Mr. Webber in turn sent me a text where he defamed my character and cursed me out over the phone all because I requested documentation of receipts on behalf of my husband that he never received before he was incarcerated. He is a real smooth and fast talker so if you are using or have been referred proceed with caution.

Dang good attorney!!! Got me out of trouble when I most needed it. Knows his laws very well and people downtown so he get's things done. He was recommended by a relative who also had some legal issues and his outcome was great too. My UCW was dropped and got my property back. Fair with legal fees and flexible with payments. Just don't forget about him and he won't forget about you. Also his receptionist Lily is a very kind hard working lady who'll keep you updated on your case. Thanks Josh.
