Horrible experience! No communication! No updates unless you complain about not getting an update. You’re the last person to get paid! Seems like they stall paying you, even after everyone else involved including them has been paid.

I won the plastic pay off contest on k104 so Ivan called me about picking up the prize money. I told him that I was recently in a wreck. He was so informative over the phone. When I came in the office, I was greeted with a pleasant smile from a staff member. After I received my prize, I had to wait to speak with the intake department concerning my accident and I was offered a drink and snack. While waiting, Ivan happened to come to the waiting area just to see if I had been assisted yet, which I had. We chatted for a moment and he was superb. I worked in customer service for over 15yrs and he operated in excellence .
