Due in large part to assistance from Tyson Oblad and his firm; my husband's I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility has been approved! This was a huge and seemingly insurmountable task to accomplish. There was a large amount of paperwork, processing and just being patient--throughout this time Mr. Oblad was always willing to answer questions and assist in any way he was able. For those of you who do not know, having an I-601 approved is not an easy task as there are many reasons for denial, and you must prove EXTREME hardship with hard evidence.
