I had my consultation with Dr Badmus yesterday. Ann was a gentle and informative person, she listened to all my queries attentively, and all my questions were answered. I think she was very professional, and most importantly, she gave me a sensation that she really cares about your case and this reduces the sensation of uncertainty that you might have before talking to her. I do recommend her without hesitation.

Ann Massey Badmus is well-known for her track record of success with EB1A and O1 cases. She prepared an exceptional case for an EB1A for me in record time and got an approval without an RFE in 13 days! Her entire team deserves kudos for terrific communication and customer service.

All I got to say is that my interaction with attorney Badmus was brief but extremely noteworthy in terms of she providing me the right guidance at the most desired time. She was my knight in a shining armor, if I may draw that analogy. Haven't have had a chance to meet her in person but she is professionalism personified. I met 3 immigration attorneys in my GC journey and Ms. Badmus was the most prompt, to the point and well researched in her field. Highly recommended for any immigration related work.

Although I have only taken telephonic consultations with Ms. Badmus, I say that she is a very competent and responsive. I was in distress twice during my Green Card journey. Once, when I had to justify my spouse and children lawful stay in the states and my regular attorney was not very comfortable replying to the RFE. Ms. Badmus drafted an appropriate response and my lawyer was open enough to incorporate Ann Badmus's draft, in the response. The second time I was in doubt if I need to apply for the J supplement (AC 21) and could not find an appropriate answer anywhere, my own attorney being unaware of this, since mine was a self petition EB1A. The answer was clearly found only on Ann Badmus web site. Someone who is so through and good has to be an exceptionally talented and qualified individual. She is highly recommended for all immigration needs and I can say with confidence that your expectations would be met to perfection.
