I called Uvalle law firm the day of my accident. The case worker set me up with a Physical therapist and chiropractor fast. I had no clue who to call or what to do because I'm a Florida native new to Texas still. I am glad I called Uvalle. Great customer service ,Nice people , and good communication.

I was leary to call at 1st, due to the name and brand is known statewide. And my 1st, thought was, they are not going to care about this Retired Senior Citizen. I then proceeded to start an inquiry with the chat format online. For some reason the chat line just froze. So I contacted the office via telephone. My call was answered by the Intake rep named Denisha Day-Criss. Our very 1st verbal interaction was non threatening, very professional and pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She listened to my summary of events of the accident, and my corny insecure jokes to stay calm, without any interruptions. The Old School Customer Service interaction. She explained the process and kinda of sounded like my mother (rest her soul) and sisters when I told her about my injuries and needed medical assistance. Ms. Denisha made sure the process was not stressful and not rushed to make sure that I understood what I was agreeing to allow them to take my case. I definitely would recommend this firm solely on the Customer Service I received from Ms Denisha Day-Criss. She was great and I believe that the whole team will be great. Now Mr. Lawboss, I want you to be pleasant like Ms. Denisha, at the beginning, But I give you permission to end the case taking no prisoners and let them know you are the LawBOSS!!! THANKS MS.
