They took care of everything every step of the way!!!

Great experience. Explained every step of the way of what I was signing and was very respectful and pleasant

At first I was happy with their service. After it was all said and done I ended up with $5400. I was very disappointed after everything I had gone through lost my good car and was never told that the policy that was at fault had a certain maximum amount. I was allowed to see all this doctors get all these things done increasing the medical expenses so high that they were over the amount of what the insurance even was going to work with. I was under the impression that if an attorney with that much experience under their belt and more knowledge as to what kind of policy we were dealing with, would have known, but obviously I was totally wrong. I had never been through anything like this. It was my first time so I had no insight or knowledge of what to expect. I most certainly will not listen again because I'm the one that lost all around they made their money anyway for what they did. Irene Garza
