Dealing with the denials that i was dealt with when it comes to disability was frustrsting. I knew I couldn't deal with my disability claim , my illnesses, all the surgeries and procedures. Finding Ms. McIntosh was the best thing for not only my claim but personally she was / is a life saver. From the first telephone call she took an interest in noy only my claim but me. From the first telephonr call I knew I wasn't alone in this fight anymore. She made me feel comfortable and calm and with her in my corner knew that I had hired the right person. ive never seen an attorney fight like she does she turned into a friend I wasn't alone she came to see me in the hospital but when I got many results from procedures back she went with me to doctor appointments just so I wouldn't be alone. She cares and her clients turn into family with her. She won my case but still calls just to check on me and for this I'm forever grateful for. What an amazing attorney.

If I could give a half star I would. This law firm is a joke. Signed up for their services to help with a personal injury claim for me and my daughter. They settled my case but left my daughters case for me to do. When I asked for some help the attorney rudly said what do I want him to do? I will never deal with this firm again.

The service was great from the server Gio until I got down to the payment and noticed a pricing difference between the menu online because qr provided did not work on my phone, number one I shared with the manager I was never directed by the server which sight should be utilized and so my take the price should be honor, her response that is not our menu, yet it stated Texas Roadhouse and all items available. My take and view from a consumer perspective I simply keyed in Texas roadhouse menu.com I did not dictate nor navigate what actually populated if there is a certain menu Texas Roadhouse your location wants the customers to utilize it should be disseminated to the staff going forward to prevent discrepancies; she did finally make an adjustment on my bill for which I am just going to go to a different location going forward. find a litigating lawyer. this law firm will refer you to another law firm, take a percentage for the referral when you can go directly to the litigating lawyer and save on paying uvalle a high percentage for a referral

I work in management for a medical care provider that treated a patient who was represented by Uvalle Law Firm. I had an issue with a staff member. Within the hour, Daisy Rocha who works for the firm, called me. Daisy was extremely professional and understanding and listened to what the issue was and politely and respectfully we had a discussion on both sides of the issue. She made sure that the staff member and issue was addressed and she worked diligently to rectify the situation. Although my initial interaction was not good, I must say that the Uvalle Law Firms swift recognition of a problem and their willingness to make things right to me means that in a difficult field, they are going above and beyond to help their clients as well as the vendors they interact with. Kudos to Daisy and the Uvalle Law Firm!

Ian Nelson was the attorney assigned to my case. He was great! Very sharp, honest and responsive. I had no problem getting him on the phone whenever I had a question. He was very helpful! I never felt pressured to have anything done that I didn't want to do and they even allowed me to change to a different physical therapist that was much more expensive. My back now feels much better after having 3 herniated discs. I am happy with the overall experience and outcome.

I had an accident a year ago and suffered injury to my back. Had to get treatment and ended getting a shot for my back.im currently still in pain. I call, call,call,call,call, and overwhelmed myself to call just to get no answer. When I did get response from my agent they offered 15,000$ and pressured me to except the deal and that was before attorney fees. keep in mind my bills are over 15,000$. When I told him that amount was not appropriate and I wasn't settling. He kept insisting that I did and even said well that's all we can do. I got upset and was disgusted on how they treated me. We have lawyers for a reason. To fight for are losses we substaine in accident. They didn't understand the frustration that this has caused me, the constant nagging pain in my back, the impact this has had on my family, and the bills that are piling up. When I declined the offer the agent turned around and said your gonna have to wait another year for a offer that's fair to my case. I got upset because he just told me that's all they can do. but then says you have to wait another year. I'm currently in pain and my case is still open and they haven't contacted me or updated me on what's going on. Very unprofessional, poor values, and unresponsive. POOR VALUES. Please read especially if you have family involved in this is not the right attorney to be representing you. awful makes me sick.
