They do Not keep you up to date! You always have to call them, then you get told one thing from one person which is not accurate and waiting for your check to arrive is a long drawn out process. I would ask as many questions up front as possible before letting them represent you

I had a motorcycle accident that cost me my job, and almost took away my ability to finish my trade school. I saw this firm online hoping I’d get some help, and man can I tell you they care! Do Not use these clowns! They finally get you an offer then you have to wait another 30 days or longer to actually get your money. If you have time to wait then go ahead and use them but do not have bills to pay or be counting on your money in a timely manner.

If could leave negative stars I would. I’m so mad at these people I don’t even wanna explain my situation all I can say run or represent yourself and you would probably come out better. These clowns accepted my case 5 months ago, sent their therapist. I never missed one appointment. They had me doing MRIs and even wanted to go as far as injections. My accident was on camera and it was clearly no fault of my own however they decided to go off the case due to the fact it would have to go court and they was looking for a settlement. The exact words they used was they couldn’t give my case the time it would need in court. I’m sooo embarrassed to have hired them I’m the first place I didn’t even want to use my real google account with my name do they could come back and try to clear their story up. For what? The law boss should have been fired a laid off from this case a long time ago. I wouldn’t use them if they was the last attorneys in Dallas, TX. Real quacks of attorneys at their finest! Yesss, I said it and will say it again!

RUN! USELESS! NEGLECTFUL!!! Accident 5/8/23! Blew my phone to convince me to retain/hire them. FIVE case workers later, everytime I called it was "she is no longer with the firm ", I HAD TO educate the next one about my case. Assigned to Neilsen an atty out of Houston for months, 1 incident of communication with him in 9 months time, then out of blew I have a "new hire" senior atty who admits to me he feels my case has been neglected, he new to firm and unfamiliar with the firms "processes" and it drags for 2 more months! I did EVERYTHING asked of me from day one, timely throughout 14 months. Now it gets sent to a "TRIAL" law firm in Dallas and 45 days later they are explaining we have to start basically from scratch. They need auto damage report, it was TOTALLED! They need lost wage statements, on and on and on and I HAVE to provide all this to them AND I am back to work or loose everything I own! Uvalle could care less! 15 months later AND NOTHING has been done to help me and I lay here in severe back pain nightly with a heating pad in order to work 40 hours a week. If you are not going to make a MILLION plus dollars PROFIT for UVALLE as there 33 or 40% cut , TRUST ME they will fake they care till the end then toss you to another the wolves. I am an educated medical professional who was duped, baited and switched alllll along. Don't even Attempt to talk to Michael Uvalle, the owner of firm, you can get in to the pentagon quicker! If I had mental strength time and finances, I would sue UVALLE for blatant, gross negligence of my case! Go ANYWHERE But here, unless of course THEY CAN PROFIT six figures!
