Kelvin, I had given him five stars before but know I changed it to one . don’t trust him After submitting an online questionnaire. he responded quickly . I had him represent me in one of my deals. I signed a contract if the deal does not go thru I don’t pay him . The deal did not go thru . So the contract was nulled and voided as he did not represent me after the failed deal .After a different company was interested in the lot and they used the same title company as before The title company send HUD to all emails in which by mistake Kelvin was included . He responded the email by writing he still represents me and wants to get paid or he will put a lien on my lot.so how can you trust a lawyer like that who threatens
