I'd like to recommend Bill Shirer to anyone who has been injured in a bicycle accident involving a car. I was hit by an uninsured driver while riding, and my injuries put me in the hospital for a few days. Everything was easier having Bill and the staff of McGilberry and Shirer handle all aspects of my claim from dealing with various insurance companies to gathering witness reports and doctor's bills. Bill was able to advise me on how to deal with my bike claim, how to handle medical insurance issues (including subrogation), and let me know when we were ready to make a request for a settlement package.
