I had a very good experience with Ori Raphael. He was always responsive, never got frustrated when I didn't understand a detail of my case and always professional. He very clearly is not in it for the money and was just concerned that I be taken care of. Finally, Ori allowed me to make the decisions in my case. He did not strong arm me into a settlement that was less than I wanted and made sure I was happy with the settlement. Thanks Ori!

Good!

I have needed the services of Mr Mathias on Two occasions both times ending in a jury trial. The second of which he was up against two defense attorney's. I could not have chosen a better trial lawyer. His presence in the court room and his dedication to my cause and his work ethic is second to none.

Damon Mathis is someone that didn't tell what I should do. He guided me with different paths I could take. I was pushed or shoved. I had a lawyer prior to Mathis and it was Awful, noone would tell me anything except where to show up and treated me like I was a number so I was decided to fire them and look elsewhere. I can not be treated nor spoken to like a number. It was Damon that made me feel like a person that he heard my voice and my pain and at that moment began to help me through recovery. Sometimes it's the patience and the kindness that builds trust, enough to want to keep believing everything is going to get better......and It does..... Thank you Damon Mathis

5.0 star rating 2/14/2017 I had an accident and was injured. The retailer's insurance company flat out refused to help me with my hospital visit. I called a few lawyers but they said my case would be too hard to win. Then I found Damon Mathias! Damon wasn't afraid to step in and help me. Not only did he help me get the medical attention I needed, he settled my case and got a reasonable amount. Having never been through anything like this before, Damon professionally answered my questions and prepared me. When it came time to mediate, he was as cool as they come! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a "stand up guy" to fight for them. He runs an ethical practice, returns calls and emails and will change your attitude about attorneys!!!
