Amy was wonderful! We hit a few bumps in the beginning when we had a different person assigned to our case. When we voiced concerns, Rabia immediately switched us over to Amy and it was smooth sailing from then on out. I always felt like Amy was looking out for our best interests, was very personable and down to earth- i felt like we gained a friend in her! She was willing to present us with best and worst case scenarios along the way, as well as provide realistic timelines and expectations for us. It took time but it paid off.
