Fast, Effective, and Timely! If you're like me, when you get a ticket, you just need it to go away - fast. You should contact Todd Tkach's office and let his qualified team take care of the problem. I contacted him, sent him the information, and was able to rest easy in the knowledge that my problem was being taken care of. I will turn to Todd Tkach's office for all future ticket issues (not that I intend to get more tickets:). The best part of my experience with Todd Tkach's legal services was that I did not waste my time or money trying to contact and argue with the municipal court.

Excellent, hard working and success driven. These are just a few of the many words that describe Todd and his abilities. I have referred clients to Todd over the years to handle their traffic tickets and other minor criminal matters, and have always received great feedback from them on the results Todd achieved on their behalf. Most recently, I referred my son to Todd to handle a traffic ticket and within a week or so Todd was able to get the ticket dismissed.

I couldn't be happier with the results that this firm provided to me. They're reasonably priced, provided prompt attention to any concerns I had, and clearly communicated every step of the process to me. The attorney took time out of his evening at one point, just to ensure I was pleased with the service his firm was providing. This attorney has proven his value to me and I highly recommend his services.

A few months ago I hired MrTkach for a ticket i got ,called the # on the website . The staff was very patient and professional , when ahead and gave it a shot.. today I got my results and I got to say Im a very satisfied customer !! I didn't even have to miss work to go to take care if this damn ticket. I will use Mr Tkach again if I need to and recommend his services.

They suck. Seriously. I had him handle a case for me... He missed the first court date, a warrant got issued and I was notified, when I called the office they were so lost.Then when he was supposed to go BACK to court after I had gotten the warrant lifted and I was asked to pay more money...I ended up working out a deal for myself with the courts because of him failing to do so. To top it all off, I requested a refund because he literally did NOTHING for me and I am still yet to receive it. I have gotten the run around for like 8 months about this refund. I am actually having to drive to his office to go and get it because I don't trust them to send it to me. SMH

ok so i got a ticket.... called them paid the fee.... went to court today cause city of carrollton requires you to show up with the attorney....well i show up and wait along with 40-50 other people to find out that the attorney is not even from tkack law firm but another firm that helps them...... the offer i got from the court was what i could of done on my own with exception it was either deferred or plead guilty and pay fine..... i had attorney request defensive driving which the court agreed to???? what did i pay these people for again???? they didnt make an attempt to have dismissed...its like they go in with idea that its the courts choice or request trial and pay them $500.00??? i dont think so this was the most regretting experience and i would not pay them another cent.....

Mr.Tkach is an excellent attorney! I found him to be very aggressive when it came to the criminal and DWI case work. I also know that he is an excellent personal injury lawyer with vast experience as it relates to serious car, truck and on the job injuries. Call them today if you want an excellent lawyer!

Only reason I gave 1 star was cause you can't give zero. I hired these guys and they didn't even attempt to get the ticket dismissed. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! WASTE OF MONEY! Just take defensive driving instead.
