0 stars. 0 research. 0 effort. I have all the evidence in my hand and who ever Mary Jo is, completely wasted my time. She does not know the law and does not care about your time. Do not use this firm for any matter. Even when I asked if she wanted the case number that found the accused guilty in this matter, she said "NO." Firmly said it too, as if she had any idea what was going on. Again. 0 stars. Waste of my time.

It's very early in our business transaction , but I must say, " this firm was the first to call us back , they asked more questions than anybody else , seemed very sincere and concerned about my issue . Obviously no one was reading from a prepared standard six question form in front of them. I was put at ease and I knew that this law firm is definitely my choice and I could hand it all over to them to be taken care of... Kelvin Roquemore called me and although he couldn't take on the case he definitely helped me with good advice

I had a genuinely negative experience with this attorney. I paid $3500 for Mr. Kelvin Roquemore to represent me in a small claims dispute. Mr. Roquemore advised me that Lynette Stone would serve as lead counsel from the day-to-day management and communication of my case; however, he said he would stay intimately involved in the representation. This was not the case at all, as Mr. Roquemore was never involved in my case and was also absent at the trial to represent me. Mrs. Lynette Stone did not prep me for the trial and did not prepare any closing argument. Mrs. Stone did not present the evidence effectively nor consult with me before declining the Judge's offer to have my case proceed through arbitration. The Judge did not rule in our favor. I asked Mrs. Stone for a copy of the judgment and information on filing an appeal. Both Lynette Stone and Kelvin Roquemore advised me that the deadline to file an appeal may have already expired. Lynette Stone further stated that she could not advise me since she does not handle appeals. I said I would still like a copy of the judgment. After three weeks had passed, I had to send a follow-up email for a copy of the judgment. When I received the judgment, I discovered that the deadline to file an appeal had not expired at that time based on the statement cited by the Judge. Both Kelvin Roquemore and Lynette Stone provided me with inaccurate information. Mr. Kelvin Roquemore later responded to me in all caps at times, stating, "If you were trying to appeal, then you should have taken the only advice given to you, which is WE ARE NOT APPELLATE LAWYERS and then to locate a lawyer to help you." In my opinion, Mr. Kelvin Roquemore should have provided me a copy of the judgment promptly so that I could have moved forward with filing an appeal and let the courts decide whether the deadline has expired.
