I used these guys last year, paid in full, month later I get a warrant warning in the mail. I called the office, said they would take care of it, week later I called back and they said they forgot to mail in my info again. Terribly run and I'll be filing a complaint with the state

i got an overweight ticket back in 2016. Finally got it dismissed. I didn’t care how long it took as long as he got the job done. Thank you for your hard work.

Wasnt to expensive and although the pandemic has been going since my case they still did a great job on my case and kept me up to date i highly recommend

My wife and I enlisted Mr. Nwosu to assist us in getting her change of status to legal resident. Mr. Nwosu and his staff were very courteous and helpful. His office would keep us updated consistently as to what was happening with our case. We have a very thorough interview prep and he also attended our immigration interview. Well at first I thought the lawyer had abandon my case .because the attorney didnt show .and I was feeling really bad .because I was the only one still sitting while everyone else were talking to they attorneys. I was really starting to feel embarrassed. but things were handle the ticket was dismissed that's a good thing .I really couldn't stand that ticket going on my record because I have a commercial driver license. God is good

Did not even attempt to get my husband's ticket dismissed before accepting Deferred Adjudication and Defensive Driving. He was retained on February 13th due to the fact we were unable to secure a copy of the crash report from the police department so could not reasonably form a pro-se defense (represent himself). After explaining the situation to Mr Tkach, we were assured that he understood the pointless and frivolous tickets that the City of Arlington issued and that it would be handled. Today, we were informed that it wasn't dismissed and that my husband would have to pay a fine ($40 off the original fine - WOW!) and take defensive driving, on top of having paid $75 for this terrible defense. We've already filed a formal grievance with the State Bar of Texas and suggest that anyone else suffering from this poor representation does so as well. It won't change the outcome of your case, but it will stop others being abused and misrepresented.

AVOID this attorney unless you like deceptive businesses. I paid $400 for them to go to court and negotiate nothing. I received a Deferred Adjudication and need to pay $1000 in 45 days. I could have done that and probably better. I repeatedly had to send the same documents to them for reasons unknown, I'm assuming they lost them or just too lazy to look at the previous emails.
