I first contacted Alex Presti in 2021 for representation for a criminal case of loved one. From the first consulation, Mr. Presti was open, honest and fair. Based on the circumstances of the case, we were not expecting a positive outcome, but wanted to be sure that our loved ones' rights were protected. Mr. Presti was respectful , yet thorough at all times, and honest without being hurtful ...and the sentencing was better than we hoped for. The same loved one has had to use a court appointed lawyer for a separate issue and we've definitely felt a difference in the service provided.
