Applied for and received citizenship in 2024 with the help of The Presti Law Firm. Big shout out to Brinna Walker for getting everything filled out and processed correctly.

If your case isn’t straightforward, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MOMEY WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS FIRM! They flat out told me my case was hopeless and I’d be barred for life. Fortunately, I hired a different attorney who helped me get approved in just 6 months without even having to go through an interview! They charged me for a phone consultation, which they were over an hour late for and rescheduled multiple times, wasting my time. They never sent me a quote despite my request for one. Michael Presti was very condescending and made me feel judged as I explained my case to him. Don’t let people like this make you lose hope! There are much better attorneys out there who are willing to fight for you! Edit: I knew they would try to deny it so I uploaded proof of my paid consultation. I believe I spoke with Michael Presti.
