Michael Presti is my husband's lawyer. Mr. Presti has so much knowledge on deportation and immigration questions that we had . To myself he is th best lawyer of all Texas and New Mexico. I will vouch for this man and his staff, he is the only lawyer who actually gave me hope for my family. My husband is facing deportation charges an instead of hearing " well, he will deported" this man Mr. Presti said "well let's start here" and went on how he could help us. So far everything is going well.Every others lawyer threw out NM an TX were so negative. My husband is home today for the holidays with my self an children. All because of one man who gave us hope. I would love to thank Jocelyn Nava, a paralegal their, she is amazing and is so helpful and kind. When she has questions she reaches out or if I have questions she is quick to respond. Jocelyn is so much help I'm so thank for her and Mr. Presti! Fingers crossed everything continue to go well for my family, but I have faith in this man. Mr. Presti is also th only lawyer I have spoke to that has tried to help my husband get a work permit! He is amazing and so is Jocelyn! Thank you both so much for your hard work. We could not have done this with out you both! By the way he took my husband's case 2 weeks before his court date. Five stars!!!!
