My experience with Mr. Alex Presti was wonderful regarding my N400 naturalization second interview. I was denied citizenship on my first interview in USCIS Manhattan Field Office saying that I have problem in understanding and speaking English. I have moved to Dallas and then contacted to Presti law firm and requested the lawyer to attend with me on my second interview. My second interview at Dallas office was very good and I have passed my second interview and got my oath ceremony timely. A family member has been ordered deported by the immigration judge. We wanted to appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). This was when I was introduced to Alex and Michael. Before they even meet with me, they had researched the case right from the criminal court to date. They were able to advise me that this was a winnable case. We retained their law firm for this appeal. After about 5 months, the BIA sustain our appeal and ordered the adjustment of status granted.
