I am so glad we had Michael Presti file my husband’s status adjustment, EAD and green card. he worked with us closely and always responded to questions and concerns in a timely manner. Michael is an extremely capable and knowledgeable lawyer. My case was a very simple case, just change of status from student visa to permanent resident. In fact, initially I didn’t even think I needed a lawyer… Well a simple case can turn into a nightmare and I am extremely grateful I had Michael to take care of my process!!! My case was denied due to an administrative error and without Michael I would still be fighting my denial appeal! With Michael my process was re-opened in less than two weeks with green card interview rescheduled. Interview was the most enjoyable moment since this process started, which only shows how meticulous and diligent Michael is. I will definitely hire him again whenever I need immigration help!

My wife and I have been navigating the immigration process for almost 3 years, and we go back to Michael at every step. The quality of his work is so high that it actually prevented us being rejected at one point... After we submitted our initial package, my wife and I both changed our phone numbers and forgot to notify anyone. About 6 months later, a friend of mine called me and said she'd been contacted by an immigration agent who was looking for me. I immediately called the provided number, and the agent told me he'd been trying to track me down for about a week. He went on to explain that standard procedure was to mark applications for rejection after failed contact, but he said the packet was so thorough and well put together that he knew there had to be a mistake and spent extra time tracking me down. I'm confident that without Michael's expertise, our immigration journey would have ended before it even began, and we would have lost thousands of dollars in fees. Thanks, Michael!
