It took awhile because I'm young... They helped me go to the doctor and the whole staff is very compassionate.. The lawyer I had particular was very nice and empathetic to my pain, he reassured me everything would be ok.. A very understanding man.. Helped me get through a very difficult time. I was approved back during the Katrina hurricane disaster when social security was very backed up. I wish there was a way to get increases in benefits as your health worsens.
