My husband and I have been clients of Michael Presti for the last 16 months dealing with my immigration status, being that I am from Brazil. Michael has been wonderful to us during this time, helping us with all our paperwork and getting my 1 year Work Permit and then with us on our Greencard interview. So thankful we had Michael as our attorney! My husband and I were going home to Seattle, WA from Cancún (from our honeymoon) and at our layover in Dallas, TX my husband was detained. He is a green card holder and had a past criminal record. I never even knew this was possible!
