Another great one by this company my account was low on funds no one took time to reach out to explain what is going on. Everything looked like is was going well, was down to one payment left on my final account and was short on my funds. Now I am sitting here waiting to probably be summoned to court again after I requested a payoff to them I paid what the amount that would be needed. Better off doing things yourself. Working with them has been poor and don’t recommend. You email them asking for a representative to call you back and receive an email to call them to call them. They don’t work for you all they really like is your money. They don’t answer your calls and are on hold 40-50 mins every time. They don’t answer emails or denied any emails trying to get people to call you back.just trying to get basic information is like pulling teeth

not a good experience. this company ruined my credit and didn't even finish my contract they kept asking for more and more money and at the end of the three years they didn't even settled all of my debt. do not use this service. its been more than 6 months since the last time anybody call me to settle an account

Great Lawyer

Bedrock legals, did absolutely nothing, after 1year and 8 months with the program. Paying $563.00 a month. They actually took money for not doing their services as promised ! They took from me $11,800, and nothing was accomplished, just that they were working on it. Dont fall for it ,the way I did. Stay Away ! wish I could have done more research on this company before joining them.

BBB Investigation Results In November 2017, BBB investigated Bedrock Legal's business practices. This investigation was prompted by the business's misuse of the BBB logo on its website. On November 11, 2017, BBB contacted Bedrock Legal requesting the business provide a detailed description of the services it offers, a detailed description of its affiliation with Lafayette Funding and Financial Solutions, and requesting the business provide documentation that lists all names under which it conducts business. The business responded by describing Bedrock Legal as a multi-state law firm that offers consumer oriented services such as bankruptcy, consumer litigation defense, real estate, business litigation, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and debt negotiation. Bedrock Legal receives consumer leads from Lafayette Funding and Financial Solutions for those in need of debt relief services. Bedrock Legal has contracts with these entities but do not share managerial affiliation. As of October 16, 2017, the business had removed the BBB logo from its website. On December 28, 2017, BBB sent a second letter to Bedrock Legal, notifying the business of a pattern in consumer complaints alleging that after making payment to the firm, Bedrock Legal fails to provide the promised debt relief and/or debt consolidation services. BBB requested written response detailing what steps the business would take to address the underlying cause of the pattern in complaints. As of July 12, 2019, Bedrock Legal has failed to respond.

They are liars cheats and thieves. They tell you a grand story and don't deliver. Your credit gets ruined and you pay them for it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I wish I could give zero stars. Will be putting in a complaint with the BBB. Where, by the way, they have an F rating.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Called to get updates 45 minutes later we are working on it, 33 months later same thing we are working on it.

I would give this place lower stars if an option. They have done nothing but take my money. This is a debt consolidation company. They take more money for their fees then what they pay out. And they are supposed to make sure that you do not have to go to court. Well I had to several times because they did not do anything! Even when i would call and talk to people months before the court date. Also i sent them all the paperwork certified mail so i knee they got it. And never did they do anything g for me with my creditors. Needless to say, i canceled with them. Also has been a joke. I canceled a d then they still stole money from my account. (Stolen because I said no more, and they confirmed my cancellation) I was told I'd get a refund but then they said they tool that payment to their fees and also paid out to some creditors with it after I canceled. So long story short use this company only if you want fraudulent attorneys "working" for you, and you have to do all the work.

He was there for me all along the process. Always nice and helpful.
