Laura Peterson is the best juvenile defense attorney you can find in Texas. She helped my little brother, who was falsely accused, and faced felony charges. She was very patient with us and explained everything in the best way in order for me to be able to translate to my Spanish speaking mom. We knew from the beginning that we should have contacted and hired Laura, since in only a few weeks she was able to get my brother out of juvenile detention, after he was there for 3 months previously with another attorney my mom had hired at the beginning( that was a huge mistake on our part). Laura has so much knowledge behind the juvenile system and knows how it works. I’m so glad that in the end we made the right choice to have Laura as my brothers attorney, she definitely made him feel at ease and informed us of anything new on the case right away. Now my brothers case is closed as Laura was able to get the charges down from a felony to a misdemeanor and then she was able to get it deferred!!
