Getting permanent residency and citizenship is such a tedious and stressful process but Kavitha made it smooth for my husband and I especially during the pandemic when the uscis was very slow on updates. She took it upon herself to call multiple times and requested updates on our petition. We could call her at anytime - she would pick up and answer all our questions. She made us gather so much documentation and it was so overwhelming at times but I’m thankful she did because it put more credibility on our petition to where the Uscis officer didn’t ask for too much at our interview. So, do what she says - she knows what she is doing. You will be happy at the end! We anticipate working with her soon again.
