I hired this law firm in the beginning of 2024 to handle my case involving a rear end collision where I sustained whiplash and a herniated disc n my neck. During the entire process i felt neglected as a client. After a dozen attempts to get ahold of them and being told to leave a message with my full name and phone number each time I called... (as if they didn't have my info already from the previous 10 times I had called them)...I decided to let them go and find another attorney. This lawfirm either has a gigantic caseload where they've bitten off more than they can chew, or they simply just don't care enough anymore to actually work the case like they promise to do when you hire them. Once I sent a letter to them letting them know I would be terminating them, miraculously I received a phone call out of the blue from none other than Aaron Herbet himself! Which was insane because I had been his client for almost 6months and it was the 1ST TIME I EVER spoke with him.... This lawfirm pretty much told me my case wasn't worth much, and one of his assistant lawyers told me I'd be luck to get back $800 dollars after everything was said and done. Hiring Aaron Herbert taught me that choosing a lawfirm to represent you is alott more difficult than you think! Just because they promise to fight for you doesn't mean they can or actually will, so take your time when looking for a good personal injury attorney because This Lawfirm promises one thing and does the complete opposite.

The Law Firm of Aaron A. Herbert got me a settlement extremely fast on my car accident case. They have excellent service with attorneys that care about their clients. If I ever have another case like this again, I will surely come back to them.
