ATF always likes to spend time bullying law abiding citizens instead of spending resources to go after criminals. They’ve been harassing the 2A community on items such like the pistol brace, semi auto triggers, and bump stocks by sending threatening letters. I was unfortunate to have received such a letter from them and needed legal guidance on what to do. I called perhaps 5 or 6 local DFW 2A lawyers and no one was like Pasquel. He immediately went above and beyond any of them and had my back on defending me. He walked me through every step and was very thorough in the process. His fee was fair compared to others and even went the extra mile for me on a couple occasions. He was firm and precise in dealing with them and even resumed correspondence to get my stuff back after a judge ruled against them for their unconstitutional act. This is the guy that you want in your corner defending your 2A rights.

My case took almost 3 years but Marissa and Michelle were great! I knew it would take a while so I had to be patient. They kept me in the loop which made it easier to understand what was going on in my case. I will definitely use this firm again I'm the future if needed.
