At Walmart, I fell and badly damaged my hip. Walmart claims gave me the runaround, and I was denied medical care because I had health insurance. After hearing about what Aaron had done for someone at my apartments, I called the investigator, Mario, and within days I was receiving the best medical care; however, I ultimately had surgery. I received payment for my medical bills and compensation for my suffering, and I sincerely hope this never happens to me again. However, I already have their phone number on my cell. Mr. Lee has and continues to be a blessing from God. I was facing many obstacles and had given up on the thought of being a part of my kids life. I felt defeated and was ready to throw in the towel. After months of paying another attorney and getting absolutely no where in the case, Mr Lee was referred. I can honestly say his knowledge and understanding for the law turned things around. This law firm is excellent. They have handled 3 cases for my family over the years. They are very diligent and have gone beyond my expectations for settlements. Our cases were not huge, but the attorneys (specifically Marissa) got more than the limited liabilities in each case. From Intake to Final Settlement, this law firm operates in a timely manner and always kept me updated throughout each case. They were always "available" to answer questions. If I must admit, that my entire time scrambling around to find the right attorney for my brother. This was GOD sent consultation. I hired a couple attorneys on behalf of my brother, was sitting in the dark with no info way forward but, pockets emptying, Money drained out. I’ve never met such a genius, intelligent, knowledgeable, straight forward, informative young fella like Mr Pasquel. I just want to say that Aaron Herbert was my first call on my search for a daycare injury attorney. His team was very polite and took my information right away. After they had my information, Aaron called me back at our scheduled time an hour later (I had a doctor's appointment and didn't think I would be put through to an attorney so quickly). He was very polite and sympathetic. He took the time to listen and ask questions knowing his plate was full already. He answered any questions I had and then referred me to another attorney he worked closely with that would be able to take on my case and give it the attention it deserved. He personally texted me the attorney's information and also gave the attorney a heads up that I would be calling them and gave a brief summary of what I already told him so he knew what it was about. I have had difficult experiences in the past with other attorneys, but Aaron and his team have given me HOPE that we will be able to get justice for my son in his daycare assault.
