They collected $31,000 from me to settle $40,000 in debt over a 4 year period and still left me with over $19,000 of the debt still owed. They never even contacted the debtors of the largest accounts. Total scam artists. Do not use them. They do not communicate with you and give you no accounting statements to show you where your money is going.

I don't like to leave reviews, especially negative ones.. But I realized that it's important to do. That way, I can help people avoid the same mistakes that I did when involving with a bad company like Bedrock Legal Group. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with myself for getting my mother into debt consolidation program with this company. It's been months since I finished paying for the debt, and they had one account with Bank of America that was on agreement to be paid alao within the deadline they gave me. The program ended, and they never got to negotiate with Bank Of America. I have some funds they's still sitting on that RAM account, and been calling 📞them forever to see if they can just negotiate this last debt for me as agreed so I can continue to make payments, but they never do. Please, stay away from this company. They will take all your money with bunch of fees, and will not complete the job. They will not call you when they say they will. If in case you owe some company, just call them directly and negotiate your debt. Make sure to never call this company or else you'll be disappointed and even more broke by the time you are done with the program.

Excellent service and represention for legal matters

Awful awful, I paying 804.63 every month for 4 1/2 years I am supose to be done in September 2021. My wages where garnished started 2 month ago 983 a month for a debt bedrock legal is suposely handeling! So from 7 listed account they only took care of 4! Terrible ! I now have to pay 800 to bedrock for nothing and close to 1000 monthly garnishment! Stay away from these law group! Plus I am still on the hook for 2 more accounts that they did not take care off!stay away from this law group if you don’t want to double pay everything!by the way I owed one account 3000 now I am being garnished for 5440.84.

I am a disabled veteran, and was being denied Social Security Disability as is the normal operations of the Social Security Administration. Ron took on the case and was very upfront about expectations and how long it may take. His office was always available, and everyone really cares about you and your case.
