2 Clear cut cases sat with you guys for 2+ years untouched. Only to get referred to a entire different firm & turned away b/c of conflict of interest. My Attorneys changed on a monthly basis. As far as communication, some months I’d call everyday. The answer I always got? It’s in litigation. Over all just enlightened. This entire process has been exhausting. Had I not been seriously injured & lost my job. I would’ve cut my losses a long time ago.

All I have to say is thank you!!!! Amazing service, they were attentive, helped me to get all of the medical treatments I needed after my accident and got me a fair deal! Always keeping me updated and responsive with the emails and phone calls. Daniel Jimenez who was the person assigned to my case was amazing, professional and kind, thank you Daniel! You rock! If you have a car accident, this is definitely the place to go!

I didn’t get Proper guidance and no communication at all. I have to follow up and still didn’t get proper help. I suggest to find another firm. Chose someone who can help you.

I'm definitely happy with Aaron Herbert's office as my choice of attorney here in DFW. Aaron and his team made my health the number one priority even when I didn't always due to a busy schedule, and they helped me thru a very complicated process after being hit by multiple cars. He and his team were quick responding, attentive, thorough, patient, thoughtful and always worked with my best interest in mind. It's a complicated process, and to find someone I trusted with deep knowledge of the law in regards to my particular situation was such a relief in a stressful situation.
