In the midst of me wanting to transfer my case to another agency for maximum cash reward, I’m slowing gaining trust and confidence Mr. Herbert Law Firm will deliver highest outcome patience’s in the key! It’s already 4 months in process is speeding up Customer service has been splendid. My family was involved in a bad rear end colison with Dallas Police at fault speeding to a call not paying attention. The sergeant was a monster for Dallas police he yelled caused more pain & suffering towing my wife’s car after leaving us injured with difficulties leading to me losing both jobs. My wife Raven failed her finals because of study interruption bodily pain concussions along with a disabled 3 year toddler. The rehabilitation clinic referred to was great healthy motivated environment however we still have back problems but at this point all I can say is Francisco Escutia does awesome job assisting pursuit in justice for clients we hope maximized claim top goal!

I can't say just how much Mr. Herbert and his office helped me when I got into a nasty car accident. I had the green light and was turning right when I got t-boned by a driver who ran the red light. I fractured my left arm and was out of work for 7 weeks until the cast came off. My job put my on disability, but I only got 40% of my pay which wasn't enough to live on. Mr. Herbert was able to get everything settled super quickly, helped me get a rental car, helped me get back pay and made everything hassle free. I can't anything other than thank you! Also, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

4.5 years ago, an 18 wheeler rear-ended me and Aaron was my attorney. A couple of weeks ago, I started receiving bills from the ambulance service. Wasn't given any information after I paid them and I never received a follow up. Once I called back and asked whats next I was told they tried to send me an email of the court documents but they had the wrong email but called spelled out email address to me without me giving it to them again.
