This was my first experience with The Heald Law Firm office. Monica was very helpful after I called multiple times needing help to fill out my papers. I do recommend the law firm!

It’s taken so long to get my money from this firm. They initially said that once we go to court in July, it would only take about 45 days after to receive my check. No, it’s been seven months now and it’s still hasn’t came in. For several weeks I’ve been told I should have the check already. It keeps getting pushed back for one reason after another. Then I was finally told that the check would be overnighted and that I would have it by 5/2/24 but the statement changed to… they dropped it off on Friday 5/3/24 and that I should have it by Monday the 6th, but then now yesterday, I was told it was dropped off at a Walgreens location for Fedex to deliver but the employee there at the Walgreens never turned it in. That they were new at the Walgreens location and didn’t know what to do with the envelope. Elizabeth told me yesterday 5/9/24 that she went back to the Walgreens and found that information out of what happened on Friday 5/3/24, the check never got sent out from the Walgreens location. So I’m here, still waiting 5/10/24 When I input the tracking number that was given, it’s still stating that the label was created. It doesn’t show it was dropped off anywhere. This whole ordeal hasn’t really been so pleasant. I understand they’re busy but I’ve been waiting patiently for months now. 9/12/24- It was not the fault of the shipping company, it was Elizabeth who didn’t put in my correct address, that is what caused the delay with shipping… she actually made the mistake twice for delivery on her end. Which made it a more disappointing experience. Thank you for your feedback.
