I was very surprised with the guidance and assistance I received from Jamie Flores. Even though she is an attorney at the firm, she took the time to thoroughly explain my situation and help me. She did not hesitate to tell me this is not something you need to hire us for. Even without paying the firm, she still gave assistance so i could resolve my issues with the social security administration. So glad i came to their office.

Mr. Nemeth is a perfect professional: he assessed my situation with machine-like precision, a detached perspective and tone, and advised promptly. I sought his advice about perceived fraud by a 3rd party interested in bankrupting me, a poor Texas teacher, after I became a whistleblower re. human trafficking by military contractors in Washington D.C. (seen while I was a language expert); the issue involved my military veteran family’s unique case of victimization and forced separation by the guilty military contractors in their well-equipped attempts to cover up their crimes. As a Holocaust saying goes: “Those who saw and turned their faces away are as guilty as the criminals….” I appreciated Mr. Nemeth’s attitude: he saw that the purpose of my inquiry was exclusively to seek justice (NOT financial gains, stated so in my complaint). He understood that I had refused to turn my face away when I saw the innocents’ suffering. This can never be a personal case because it is U.S.’s Superior Justice Applied – not superior war weapons – that has always fully won the hearts and minds of all the nations worldwide … it is such Justice that makes ordinary Americans like myself (and my military spouse) proud of our country. After the FREE consultation generously offered by Mr. Nemeth, I felt confident to address my case to further U.S. authorities.

Nick Nemeth was just amazingly helpful, understanding and professional. His entire team seem to work as one to look at my case and offer the most expert assistance. When it was determined my issue could be solved without their help, they simply returned my downpayment and we all wished each the other the very best. I called 10 offices with a basic question about pricing for adoption. I heard mixed reviews about this office so I hesitated. Everyone else I called told me that I had to schedule a consult for $100-$200 for my question to be answered. I finally gave in and called David Joyce. Sandy at David Joyce office was the exact opposite of all of the other offices I called. She was so helpful and a huge relief in answering my question plus gave me all the info I needed to proceed in adopting. I know what I’m getting with this office and what I have to pay upfront before I start anything at all. I’m absolutely using this law firm for our adoption!

I would like to thank Mr. Nick and his staff for the superb help that I received from them. My IRS problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. It took 2 visits to convince me that I was over my head. I thought that I could call the IRS, appeal my tax notices and settle on a payment plan on my own. After many phone calls to the IRS, waiting sometimes more than 4 hours with no resolution to speak of, it proved to be extremely difficult and stressful. Revisiting Mr. Nick was a huge wake up call. My account was reviewed, and a payment plan was established with the IRS within a week. I will be forever grateful to the staff who worked on my case and especially to Lorna who listened to me vent while going through this painful process.

Don’t waste your time look further! Unless you want to be just a number or have money to just give away!

I came to this office with a crisis and considered them because of the positive reviews. The first person I spoke to on the phone made me feel heard which gave me a bit relief with my sensitive situation. The second person I spoke for consultation, spoke too fast, with jargon I couldn't understand and rushed me when I would ask for clarity. I felt like I was spoken to in a condescending way. I hate coming across an attorney that attempts to speak to a possible client like their dumb. I came becasue I have no knowledge of what I'm dealing with, not to be spoken to like I'm dumb... I obviously have some insight which brought me to waste my time calling this office. The expectation was that I'm coming to an office that will make me feel heard, valued and cared for in representation as well as help me find truth in darkness. I did not get that over the consultation. Disclaimer: I did not speak with Nick Nemeth PLLC. I spoke with another attorney in this office so my review does not reflect his merits.

Could not ask for a better group of professionals. Truly appreciate their work ethics. They quickly put together an action plan that helped me see the light at the other end of the tunnel. Thank you everyone for your hard work.
