I sustained a very serious low back injury back in 2015. The insurance company denied my case, but attorney Graham fought for me and I was able to receive my full 401 weeks of disability benefits. If you need a good attorney for your job injury, I highly recommend him.

My mother had him as an attorney for her work injury and the experience was terrible for the two years he “worked” for us. Beware, he will not answer your calls for days and when he does, he doesn’t even remember what he was doing for your case. I had to constantly remind him to get in contact with the adjuster and most of the time he would send me off and tell me to remind him later. There was no sense of support from him as everything we asked him to do seemed like a hassle to him. My mother told him she was being harassed at work and Mr Graham just gave her a “find another attorney” .This Man is a mess of an attorney, if you want someone competent, look somewhere else.

Michael graham is an excellent lawyer he was the only one that would take a chance on my moms case when we stepped in his office her case was almost two years old and he still took it not only did he take it he won her case in court got her the money and Medical insurance I recommend him 100% thank you Michael

He won the case for me but when I got my impairment rating it was 2% I asked him to fight it and he put it on the docket then after a little over 2 weeks i didn’t hear about anything I called Austin and they said he put it in and then 3 days later he took it off. I asked them to please put it back on and they said the time period was to late and nothing I could do about it. When I tried calling Mr Graham he wouldn’t answer or call me back. I believe workers Comp paid him to stop working on it and he did
