If you call the attention is a 10/10. Once you are at the office, the service drops to a 2/10 by the secretary. I scheduled an appointment and they hd me waiting for 30 minutes. What is the point of paying and scheduling if their service will be delayed? I went back a few days later because I had to get back to work after the delay. Once I met with the attorney she asked me about my situation and went over some of my options. I was glad and left in a better mood than after my original date.
