Estoy aquí en la oficina de Manuel Díaz tuve un caso familiar y todo se resolvió con éxito estoy feliz con el resultado!

If I could rate this firm at a 0, I would. I was a client of theirs for a divorce case from October 2023 to April 2024, and I can say they literally were the worst experience I've ever had with a law firm. They overcharge for everything they do. A phone call will be $50, and an email will be $35 (and not even to respond to your email but to just receive it). They say it's a free consultation, but this is only if you do not proceed with their firm. IF you do, the first invoice will reflect the time that they spent with you during the consultation as well as the time it took to set up your payment account. I put $2500 down and had payments of $500 monthly, and I still "owe" over $11k for them to do absolutely nothing but sit in court next to me and say they represent me. The original attorney I had left the firm after a week or two with my case and so I was charged AGAIN for them to give me a new attorney whom knew nothing about my case so I had to be charged AGAIN to explain to her my situation, only for her to tell me she wasn't available for my next hearing so they had me drive to fort worth to charge me AGAIN to consult with another one of their attorneys so he could "represent" me on that day. So, I basically was charged 3 times for me to explain the same information over and over again. They played defense the entire time. Not a motion filled on my behalf, not an item requested from the petitioner or opposing council to support our case. I am on supervised visits with my daughter for failing a drug test (Marijuana only) that the court KNEW I was going to fail (specifically says it in my original temp agreement that if anything OTHER than Marijuana was found in my system i could not get EXPANDED visitation. NOT THAT I WOULD BE JUDGED BASED UPON FINDING THC IN MY SYSTEM), and my attorney did not say a word in my defense to try to argue to motion for reconsideration. When asked what she had to say, she put her hands up, shrugged, and said she didn't know what to say. I'm paying $1585 a month on child support (which I understand and is not the problem). PLUS, I'm paying $1500 a month for a home that I'm not even living in. This is MY home, but the attorney has yet to provide anything to the court to support that. So I'm paying for someone else to live in my home. When I finally got fed up and asked why I was being charged so much for them basically doing nothing on my case they had a "supervisor" contact me that was arrogant and rude and basically told me if I didn't like what was going on with my case I could represent myself. The attorneys I worked with were Stephanie Sanchez (left firm shortly after receiving my case) and Josia Jose (most recent attorney) If you're smart, DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM as they are unprofessional and will not be able to do anything for you that you can't do yourself.. other than know legal terminology. (Update) They "reply" to your review to act like they're going to look into something but when you try to email the email they say to send your information to you it is sent back because that email only accepts emails from within its organization. Like they didn't know that already 🙄

Had a consultation with a very dismissive individual named Gerardo, don't know his last name because he didn't give us one. He walked in very nonchalantly and said he couldn't help us based on the notes the paralegal gave him. He was very vague (and again dismissive) in his conversation. Not a very pleasant experience. This man was not at all personable, and lacked etiquette. Before they DISMISS this review with the whole "our records don't show", I went in for a consult with my Parent who is experiencing a very difficult divorce.

Muchas gracias por la atención, tuve un caso familiar y desde la primer cita nos dieron un plan que iban a realizar y hoy finalmente mi caso está resuelto y estoy ya tranquilo. Los recomiendo ampliamente en temas de casos de familia.

I had couple criminal cases with Manuel Diaz and recently I had immigration case …that I knew they were going to help me with … they always do a good job and explain every little detail about the situation of the case … i recommend Manuel Diaz as a lawyer
