I hired Diaz law firm to represent me due to an car accident. They did not represent me well but instead sided with the other driver who was actually at fault. My light was green, I had 2 witness and nor did they notify the police department to run the surveillance footage back or to at least obtain a copy. I believe they did this because it best suited their interest, and as a result they gave me a $250.00 check when I totaled my 2016 KIA optima. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone verbatim!!! They are also in collusion with several pain clinics who refer their patients to this law firm, as result the pain clinic receives compensation as well. I utterly regret I came here for help and will most definitely be reporting them to the Dallas Bar Association, BBB and consumer affairs. Please do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time with this unprofessional place of business. They have no ethics or morals. Just another money hungry attorneys office.
