This firm is fraudulent and will bill you attorney hours that are not used, then sent you to collections when you ask for explanation of additional electronic bills. I went to get my prenup documents drafted. Basic terms, no kids, no properties. The process took less than 2 weeks of work/attorney hours that are covered by the $1,500 retainer fee I paid upfront. A week later (after the prenup was signed and notarized) I got an additional electronic bill for $500 of "additional hours" and "service fee" that were not covered by the initial $1500. When I hired Manuel Diaz Law Firm, the paralegal who did the first interview said the $1,500 would cover everything, and that I would even get some of that money back, since our prenup agreement was simple. I have not paid the $500 additional bill because I want the firm to revise the hours, and honor the truth of this case that took less than a week to be finalized. Manuel Diaz Law firm in Dallas sent me to the collections department, won't answer my calls, or emails, Elizabeth Perez and Stephanie Sánchez are aware of this situation but they are not responding calls or emails.
