Se merecen 0 estrellas es lo peor delo peor el servicio te tratan muy mal al comunicarte con ellos mucha espera no los recomiendo es perder tu tiempo se hecha la culpa uno a otro y pierden tus documentos . Van a contestar un mándenme un mensaje privado si ni contestan .

It is so very sad and disappointing, to come across people who classify themselves as "legal professionals" among our Latino communities, who really are just plain liars/cheats and scammers. We recently retained this law firm's services for an already submitted/pending immigration case. (We had already done all the leg work of submitting forms and providing supporting documentation.) We just needed someone who would assist us with status updates and so forth with immigration. After paying $1000 upfront (Liga Defensora) and signing all the authorizations for INS to update Liga Defensora as our legal representative on file; we waited almost 4 weeks for an update from their office, confirming update was accepted with INS and now the assigned attorney would start looking into our case and would be in contact soon. After 2 more weeks of waiting to hear back, we finally call the office and are told they have an update from INS and we should be receiving a letter in the mail with that information. Few days later we receive the said "update" from their office....Once to have received an exact copy of EVERYTHING we personally had already submitted directly to INS (prior to retaining this firm). Then yesterday I receive a letter from Liga Defensora saying they (law firm) have closed our case and have fulfilled their obligations with us. And now i'm calling for an appointment to speak with someone as why they closed our case, and the lady who answered the phone refused to schedule me an appointment (since my case was closed). All the while, she has me on speaker and I can hear another lady in the background mocking/laughing at my entire conversation and current situation. Someone please tell me, where is the professionalism and the "excellent" service their website talks about. I would appreciate a response from the law firm and just an automated reply, like I've seen on all the other reviews.

Ami me fue muy mal con ellos tenía un familiar preso en una carsel de inmigración me dijeron que era muy importante que hiciera el pago para ellos poder empezar a mover al final no hicieron nada deportaron a mi familiar ni siquiera pudieron conseguir una fianza ni nada y nunca me llamaron ni me contestaron para poder saber cómo iva el caso perdí todo mi dinero por gusto luego contestan muchas personas diferentes que no saben nada del caso y el encargado del caso jamás contesta creo que esto es una estafa así como son buenos para comentar los malos Reviews acá fingiendo que van a ayudar en algo así deberían de hacer con servicio al cliente porque de verdad tienen pésima atención
