I highly recommend this law firm for immigration. They made the process easy and very understanding. It took about the 2 years like the lawyer said it would take for my husbands case. The time actually goes by fast. They were there every step of the way and answered all our questions when needed. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Once we got to Cuidad Juarez we were well aware of everything and where to go ,, you will not regret your choice. Everything was its it folders labeled for what appoints those documents were needed. My husband said once he was at his appointment he felt great because he noticed people around him were scrambling for paper work .. But Pineda staff already had his in ordered and were familiar with what would be asked. Even with appoint they made everything easy and go smoothly. Excellent, mi esposo tiene su resident card gracias al abogado Pineda. Lo recomiendo. Muy eficiente y professional. Im super happy and content with Jose Piñedas work. He gave me the confidence and gave me faith to continue with my case, since i had gone with 3 lawyers previously and all three told me they couldn’t advance with my case. The petiton that my sister gave me in 2001 had an incorrect date, and he was the only one that questioned the mistake and went a step further to figure out that it was indeed a mistake. He is an extremely profesional lawyer, and when one goes to his office he makes people feel at home. 1,000 thanks to his crew as well.

I highly recommend pineda law firm for its professional work and honesty that jose pinedas employers did for my wife through all the step of the process.it took more than a year for this process due to presidential election which made it more additional processing, but it was worth the wait.the paralegal were awesome on answering all the answer ,and most of all, I thank so much to jose pineda for the hard work and making it come true.
