I spoke with Ms. Rosey today, loved how she greeted me over the phone. She is very polite and professional. I called to inquire about immigration services, asked if they were available on Saturday due to my work schedule. She politely asked for my information and told me she was going to confirm with the lawyer. Once confirmed she will return my call. Ms. Rosey returned my call within 15- 30 min if that. I'm super excited to speak with the lawyer now!! If this is how the first person to see you greets you I cannot imagine the lawyers?!

Miss Yvette helped me along with smooth process of getting my case started. The first time I called she took time out to see if they would be able to help my situation and spent over half hour on the phone with me. She guided me through out the first consultation and with getting my case going. Also, Mrs Rosie followed up with me in between all this and she was very personable as well! So far I am very pleased!
