After speaking to mr ward and him taking time to explain the severity of my love ones case. I can say that i appreciate it and although you may not get a call the same day just be patient bc if you left enough info with the Secretary 9 times out of 10 he is already looking into your case to see what he can do for you or your love one. He's very sincere, kind and straight forward thanks mr ward .

I contacted this law firm because of their good reviews. Unfortunately contacting this law office was a waste of time. I initially made contact on a Monday, followed up on Tuesday to confirm whether or not they needed any additional information from me and was told the traffic specialist was unavailable and will call me back shortly. I never received a call. I waited all day Wednesday, still no call. I called on Thursday and was told again that the traffic specialist had just stepped out and would call me back as soon as possible. I waited two and a half hours but never heard back. We decided to look for legal help elsewhere. I was not expecting them to have my case resolved right away, however a “we’ve received your information, this is how we will proceed should you hire us” would have sufficed.

Diana was a big help and made the process as a whole a lot less stressful to deal with. I definitely recommend Diana

Diana was very nice to my sister and I. She made sure everything made sense to us and made sure we did not get less than we deserved. She was very helpful. I was really happy with the service.

They can't even talk to me over phone. Im not able to drive to office for consultation but she insisted I had to go. I've called other lawyers and understood and did consultation over phone. Horrible staff. I don't recommend.
