Mr. Dobbs and Cecilia took over my mom's case from another immigration attorney, where it was just sitting for almost two years. The old immigration attorney simply did not know (or did not want) to work on my mom's case because it was complicated, at first by the Covid restrictions, then unfortunately by the War. Mr Dobbs explained the process of recovering my citizenship certificate and how long it would take. He gathered all information I provided and submitted it.
