Can’t even get a conference call set up right after we’ve paid the retainer and the 1st installment. Very unprofessional. Update. Finally received a call after having to send numerous emails “all which they charge you for to read”. Trying to get an update on my case. As the waiting period for my divorce case had already expired more then a month prior. So there is a clear “dragging of the feet to proceed with this case”. It seems pretty poor attention to client when the attorney in case goes on COVID leave for several weeks. Only the to answer back that “we’re lucky it’s our legal aid that you’re responding to as it’s cheaper per hour”. If you’re using an aide. You didn’t need to wait a full month and a half to continue pushing my case to be finalized. But okay. It’s clear to us now that “Manuel Diaz” is a brand to which we fell into with out ever meeting him and the attorneys are interested in prolonging cases. We’ve lost hope that this is going to end any time soon. Until we see the case end we will not be satisfied.

Very attentive and knowledgeable, made a change in attorney after working with one for over 5 years and nothing has been resolved. I will update in a few years once the process is finalized to give my true experience with attorney Manuel Diaz! Overall I’m pleased with our consultation!
