Paul is very efficient with his work very professional very kind and helpful very humble person

I hired these people and paid them $1,500 upfront. They did absolutely nothing the first day or the second day. With only two days I went somewhere else and got A Lot more work done in only two days. They did not want to refund my money even though I only hired them for two days and they did absolutely nothing during those two days. Djamilia Salas in accounting and Lisa in accounting said they would refund my money. They said they sent confirmation by email and by phone number. I asked her to confirm the email but she didn’t have it so she couldn’t have sent it by email. Then I asked what was the phone number she said she sent it to, and the number she read back was not mines. These People are Crooks! They rob their own kind of people because they know they can keep taking money from them and keep stringing them along to just keep billing them. What could possibly cost $1,500 for two days of no work?? Update: after calling them repeatedly, Djamalia Salas finally took my call. When I told her that she and Lisa hung up on my while I was waiting on them to send me a confirmation number and that was very unprofessional, she said Oh I don’t know what happened. I mentioned though she may not of known what happened, she also did not call me back and was telling the receptionist she was busy and could not take my call as I was calling back. She finally did send me a confirmation with an invoice. They charged me $700 for two days of no work. They provided me with a number I could text and send updates to. They charged me for responding back to me saying “thank you for the updated information”. That’s not real work. You are charging someone for thanking them for doing your job. I updated them with information they should have been updating me with! They also sent 1 email letter that I have proof of. One phone call they had for 3 minutes and it cost me $700. I should have listened to my friend when they said don’t go there.
